Larne Credit Union is administered by a Board of Directors who carry out their duties on a voluntary basis. In the early years when the Credit Union was small, the work in the office was carried out by the Directors. As the Credit Union expanded and membership increased, it was necessary to employ staff to take control of the office duties. There are currently 6 tellers working in the two offices:

- Mr Kieran McFaul
In 2005 the Board of Directors decided it was necessary to appoint a Manager to run the business more efficiently and Mrs. Arlene Clements was appointed as Manager. The staff deal with the members’ accounts, act as loan officers, issue loans as well as administrative and credit control duties.
A Credit Control Officer, Mr Harry McGoldrick, is also employed to deal with members who are failing to live up to their agreement about repaying their loans.
